Can’t claim my new account offer?

I decided to try uber eats today made my account verified my identity and even got a trial for uber one then this popped up I clicked on claim “this discount wasn’t able to be claimed” came up on the top of my screen then the button turned grey and unclickable I tried to contact uber eats support was told they would be with me shortly but that was 6 hours ago now. Does anyone know what’s happening?
