Customers who live in apts
Last night i got a $13 order to go 3 miles. The customer requested me to leave her order at the door but her apartment is fob access so i had no way in. I called and text she didnt respond. I waited outside and even walked around to see if i could find another way in and it wasn’t possible. I left the food outside in front of the leasing office and took a picture. As you can see the bitch reduced the tip and only tipped me 50 cents!! i just off the phone with support and i was able to get the money back. Im sick and tired of these customers.
