Eating popcorn🍿 without the shells?

Idk about anyone else but personally I’ve always loved popcorn, I’ve had UC since I was 8 n have always had popcorn but without the shells, n it never seemed to affect me. Ik everyone is different, but i see a lot of people saying it’s high in fiber however like i said I’ve never experienced any negative effects. Recently I’ve been on a slight flare up currently building my way back up to remission and have been craving popcorn for the longest time. I’ve been tempted to get back into it, of course without the shells. Should I go for it ??
