Abdomen ultrasound

Hi everyone I had an abdomen ultrasound today. I can see my result online but obviously I have no idea what I’m looking at lol. The bottom of my ultrasound says “pancreas trans” does anyone know what that means? I tried googling it… don’t see anything. Just curious ☺️
