The hell is Sensei doing on his twitter?

I got blocked for asking "Hey Sensei I was wondering, since your publishing a new manga will the magazine be able to have an official eng translation" I had no intentions of pirating, and no ill intention of making fun of him, I was just wondering if sako could do this so I could support him.
