Makeup artists in Utah

Has anyone noticed that makeup artists in Utah only will book with you if you have a big following on instagram? I’m getting married in Utah and I’ve been looking for a makeup artist. I’ve tried booking through instagram and each one either requires you put your instagram handle or they want you to book through DMs and idk I feel like they only want to be booking influencers or people with a big name/following. Anyone else?
