Jenna is building their "okay for now" house but their dream is to rebuild the house that they named the plumber for burning down. With land prices averaging $7000 per acre in Sanpete they're sitting on quite the little goldmine. Meanwhile the serfs are paying their subscription to see Jenna's designs and custom-made English and European house fittings.
