100% question

So still on step 7. Called VERA and he said files show I’m increased to 80 percent, with three more items to be reviewed. I’ve read and heard where you can be 100 percent with no limitations on work, then there’s 100 percent where you can only work a certain amount. Can someone explain? I’m worried I’ll get 100 percent and unable to keep my job. Any insight would be great.
