Valorant competitive esports

I was wondering how to get myself into the competitive scene for valorant, I am currently immortal 3 and pushing for radiant and I realized that I want to play competitively. I think I have what it takes and I am trying to figure out how to start off and where I should go because obviously I won't be able to go immediately into a big team. Thanks
