How to get out of gold? (ive tried everything)

Going onto my 4th year, ive been hardstuck gold. ive made it to around 90 rr gold 3 a few times but i never win my rankups (this has happened numerous times). My performance in my games is always inconsistent. Ive gotten decent and almost every agent, and ive tried instalocking duelist, filling, or playing what i main. I am just so lost and i have no clue what to do and i just want to get to platinum without that aimlabs deathmatch bs.
