VAN:Restriction error

Need help with a VAN:Restriction error which riot has not been too helpful with. It's only been happening for a few days now and nothing i've tried has done anything whatsoever. I'm on windows 10 and have been for years so i'm really not sure why it has suddenly started doing this. I did switch motherboard yesterday to a newer one which does support both tpm and secure boot, but I can not enable them right now due to problems occuring when attempting to. The problem started on my old motherboard, which didn't even support TPM or Secure Boot, and the game was literally perfectly fine the day before, so i'd really appreciate any help I can get.

I've already tried most of the normal fixes, such as disabling vbs, core integrity etc etc.
