VampireSurvivor PROBLEM!

So i started this game from gamepass without DLC. Got everything as i could and i had one achievement left - Queen Sigma 100G (Complete the Collection). I had full list in Collection but achievement wont pop. So i thought it may be something with DLC. I purchased DLC, finished it all and this fuc*** achievement is still locked. I have 144/144 in Collection right now.

Do i need to discover Secrets too for it? I have 5/16 or do i need to buy all characters?
