I hate having pancreas pains

Hey everybody! I’m 24 male and I been feeling key symptoms of acute pancreatic like upper stomach pain that’s super sharp to the point I fall to the ground, the pain radiates to the back mid left back and left shoulder will feel a shock with the stomach pain I’ll feel really tight bloating too. Why did God make diseases in the first place? I’ll sometimes feel uncomfortably hot like I legit need to run out the house just to feel the cold air even with the heater off I feel stupid hot sometimes, and sometimes I do wake up with really hard breathing 😮‍💨 or in general it would be hard for me to breathe cause of the upper left stomach pain. Life sucks and now I got to worry about pancreas inflammation. I can’t even smoke my thc pen for 15 days because of the pancreas pain and getting stomach testing, I haven’t smoked since yesterday and I lowkey been bitchy and it helps with my stomach pain and can actually eat. I love life.
