My gf of 8 months blocked me

So 2 weeks ago my gf blocked me we got into an argument and she said "I hate you" and then I said if that was true and she said she didn't mean it like that then she said she wanted a break but I didn't agree with it which I regret then I was sending her videos and next thing I knew she blocked me and she changed her pfp with me in it as soon as she did and also blocked my family I honestly don't know what to do I regret so much 💔
