Cholesterol link to VM
Was wondering if anyone has looked at the link between cholesterol and VM but not in the way your thinking. One of the causes can be your hormones and they are made up of healthy cholesterol so if you don’t get enough you don’t produce hormones. I usually have a vegetarian/ low cholesterol diet. I had 3 days where I had scrambled eggs say 4 eggs and lots of butter on it and I felt a lot better for a couple days. Back to my normal diet and back to normal. Had anyone else had similar instances???? considering trying a more healthy cholesterol rich diet.
