I hired this company VetComm - VA Disability Compensation Services in March of this year. The first month was just ok. They did assist in filing my claim. After that it was a total flop. They missed the first prep call for my very first C&P exam. Then in order to get any "claim manager" to reply I had to post a rather bad google review. To which I then received a phone call from the owner who made me think going forward things would be different and bribed me with a $50 gift card to take it down. I did accept it but havent used the gift card. Just took it down in hopes that things would improve and Susan gave me a "direct phone number" to reach her which every time I attempted to I would get an assistant or some random claims manager. After I had been scheduled for my final two C&P exams, I did reach out to the person who was supposed to be my new claims manager in order to set up the last two "prep calls" that I had paid for. Upon doing so I was told that their 1on1 calls were just in case I needed any clarification on the upcoming exams. Which is not at all what they promised when I signed up and paid them $1200 for. The only way you get a response from anyone there is if you are upset and to the point you have to post reviews. Essentially you pay to watch some videos, do a ten minute work book and then nothing else. Nothing they provided to me was what was I was promised. I said this in the review that I left before and I'm gonna say it again..... this is why some Vets don't ask for help. We are promised the world, taken advantage of and then they turn their backs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
