Looking at the documents on my ongoing claim and one of them has someone else’s name.

Theres quite a lot on there all of the ones that have a name somewhere in the title is correctly mine but the one that says service record has someone else’s name in the title. I believe this is a human input error because they have the same first name as me.

What can i do before this is overlooked? I dont see any options on the website.
