Just lost a year of GI Bill?

With everyone else eventually gaining a year of GI Bill it seems very suspicious i just lost a year without any record of it.

I first used 26 months reserve GI Bill and eventually earned additional 22 months post 9/11 GI Bill. I used 2 for certifications and my son used 6. When I logged in yesterday checking to see if they’d uploaded my disability claim, I noticed only 2 months remaining instead of the expected 14.

There’s no explanation it’s just not there.

Since i was considering retiring and going back to school this fall for a new career this is a problem.
