Xl Sea Terrace with Splash of Romance vs Rockstar

I am looking to book a cruise in a few months. It's going to be my 40th birthday in Sept 2026. I looking at a XL sea terrace or the Rockstar. We aren't big drinkers so we don't know if the Rockstar upgrade is worth it. We would like priority embarkation and Richard rooftop seems appealing but idk how much we will use it. Anyone have experience with these two rooms?
