Can someone help me out with understanding medicaid and MCOs?

Enrolled in medicaid for the first time and got a letter I need to choose an MCO. There are a few options but I have no idea how to choose one. They don't seem to listen copays and max out of pockets? First time dealing with medical insurance in this country and im totally lost. Can anyone give me some guidance?
