Media Playback: Best value for HDR + immersive (cinema) playback?

I have explored chroma, skybox, cineULTRA, Moon, Theater, Infuse… but having some difficulty balancing the tradeoffs between the lot.

For HDR, multichannel audio and immersive theaters - what are users most satisfied with?

Most of my media can served via plex or smb. Lots of high bitrate HDR content.

I dig moons max theater but it is brightly lit, which is odd to me.

Chroma seems great, but not sure how streams will play over long duration since it limits to just a few minutes of playback in free version.
