Luck(live or die)

I got 8.8 cg in my first sem..I was expecting a 9 since I was thinking mujhe calc mey S milega and A in Python but python I lost by 2 marks and S by a mark basically ek mark sy I lost my S grade and 9 cg..I feel suicidal tbh.Is there even any hope?all my friends are good at python and coding sey bohut darr lagtha hai..and notlw future sey..ig suicide is the only option left
