No Messenger Notification in my Vivo V29

I bought my V29 phone last February 2024 and ever since, I didn't receive any fb messenger notifications.

Tried checking my phone settings, messenger settings and tried some advice here on reddit but sadly nothing works.

Anyone experiencing this problem? Help 🥹
