Attention New Students: the NSLS is a Scam

For those who don’t know yet, the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is a grift. They try to lure you in by making the "invitation" seem prestigious and symbolic of your merit as a student. The truth is that every WGU student is invited. Paying their fee gets you nothing except spam emails with directions on how you can waste more of your money.

They offer nothing of value. Being a member will not bolster your resume. Learn from my mistake, do not fall for this swindle!

Edit: It has come to my attention that not every student is invited to join, so I apologize for the misinformation.

Also worth mentioning is that evidently some people have found value as a member of the NSLS. Consider my opinion one of many. Do your own research and decide if it's right for you. And just beware their aggressive, disingenuous recruitment techniques.
