I'm a very late bloomer. And I did it.
Y'all:
I'm 49. Still have no clue what I want to be when I grow up. Never did. I was a high-achieving HS student back in the day, flunked out of college because I just didn't care about it. I only went because my parents made me.
When Covid hit, I decided to give it another go. I finally did it! I wish my parents were still around to see it.
(For those wondering what I'm going to do with it...IDK yet. I'm a US citizen, but live overseas now and I work in tech, but not software development. I currently make more remotely than I would if I went into software dev locally, so I'll probably keep doing what I'm doing, and if inspired, build something on the side to show, in case I ever do want to code).
