Need encouragement

So I’m about to finish my first semester at WGU for SWE and I realized that even with transfer credits from community college it might take me a year and a half or longer . I’ve had a difficult time studying longer than 3 hours because idk why. How can I increase my ability to study longer in one sitting ? Also if it took you awhile to graduate I’d like to hear your story TIA
