My rise loop

So I’d like to say I’m decently far into MYrise. I went with Mandy rose and signed up to raw but, there seems to be an issue where I go heel, then two matches later they want me to go back to face. Then when I’m face, the same thing happens. Oh, and if I choose to stay face or heel, it doesn’t let me. I’m forced to switch. So does it just infinitely loop? Or do I have to choose to go to a different brand to further the MYrise story?
