Anyone else freezing on “Edit Custom Superstar” or Deletion Utility?

After downloading a couple CAWs this weekend, WWE 2K24 freezes every single time I go to the “Edit Custom Supertstar” or the Deletion Utility. This had hindered my ability to play 75 % of the game as it also freezes MyRise and parts of Universe.

I’ve had a ticket in for days with 2k but I don’t see them responding anytime soon. The only fix I’ve seen online is deleting your save data for the game which I really don’t want to do since I completed the entire 40 Year Showcase.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Has 2k responded to any WWE 2K24 tickets?
