Looking for someone to take over July sublet plus next year's lease

Hello. I am a current student who is graduating in the Spring, after which I will most likely leave Bellingham for the foreseeable future. I am looking for someone to sublet July to (and maybe late June, depending on circumstances) and to take on next year's lease with my co-renter (21M), who plans on staying in the apartment. The apartment is located in Happy Valley and is very close to both campus and multiple bus routes. Rent is around $800/month/person, though that could be higher next year, and total costs are not significantly higher (water/sewer is a flat fee, garbage is covered, and electricity is not included). There is nothing objectively wrong with the apartment and I would probably stay here if I were attending school next year.
