Wtf, this is dumb

So the new 1999 update is out and I've been grinding the relationship status with each photogrammetry. Well, I got to the bit where I'm liked by everyone, so I go to kalymos to boot up the mission and im told that I have to strengthen my relationship...wtf, I go to the orbiter and look. Im neutral with everyone but quincy and Arthur. Wtf!

Is anyone else having this issue?
