A question about Heirloom skins.

So as i understand you have your normal skins and the heirloom ones that changes more things and add more stuff to the frame, styanax is my favorite frame but his skin is pretty meh to me, can a frame have more than 1 Heirloom because i think he is too skinny but i don't digg the aztec look.
