Getting one-shot as Titania on PoE?

Lately I've found myself getting absolutely destroyed by those guided missiles Grineer have on PoE when playing Titania, even on the lv10-30 bounties (on the last stage). Is there something you can do about it that I am missing? I know Titania is not tanky by any means, but I'm pretty sure this didn't happen some time ago (or maybe I was just extremely lucky, who knows). Maybe I'm not running enough survivability? (I only use Vitality on her, since QT would negatively impact my Razorwing build)

I'm legit curious about it, just want to know if there was a change or it's always been a thing I've managed to avoid until now.
