A few questions for my fellow geese...

First where do you put your stored mobile orders once their bagged? At my store we keep them behind the main register until they pay. Perfectly reasonable in my opinion although it can be quite a quandary for customers.

Second how do you handle in store orders that haven't been paid for yet when completed? At one point theft was really becoming an issue at our store so we were confirming payment before handing them the items. Again not wholly unreasonable in my opinion. That then became a problem so then we were told that we're couldn't hold people's "food/drinks hostage."

So if we can't keep it hostage then shouldn't we be able to put stored mobile orders on the rack once completed? I'm not saying we should simply a stoner thought for the afternoon. Fly high fellow geese
