How are they shipping the Apple promo rewards?

Seems like I managed to qualify for their apple promo of iphone 16. I am quite worried about how they are shipping the stuff. My apartment complex is a high theft one, and I dont really wanna take any chances. Thinking of actually going to the post office to pick it up, but that only works if its through Canada Post.
Does anyone know how they are shipping it? I tried reaching them on customer care and they kept moving me around and the call unfortunately dropped.
