Just NON STOP!

Is anyone else really starting to get fed up with the seemingly NON STOP glitches, freezing, errors, wrong info showing, etc? No matter how many times (or what method you use) to try and contact support, they always just tell you they're unsure and need to transfer you to someone in another department; either you'll end up disconnected eventually, or they'll pass you from person to person, department to department, until the final person tells you that they have to escalate whatever it is that you're inquiring about and that you'll receive an email in 48hrs. Then if you get the email (because sometimes you won't) ultimately it always just says (in one wording or another, depending on the day) that they apologize, value your service, are thankful for bringing xxxxx to their attention and will work on resolving xxxxxx
