Looking to interview Webkinz players who have adopted a Webkinz in honor of a pet who has passed away.

Back in 2022, I wrote a story called, "Webkinz Therapy: How an Early 00s Kid’s Game is Helping Adults With Their Mental Health" about how playing Webkinz helped me with my mental health. I also interviewed a few others players who shared how Webkinz has helped them with their mental health struggles too. They also shared their favorite pets and rooms.

I now want to write an article about how some players have adopted Webkinz pets in honor of pets who have died and how that has helped them through the grieving process. I adopted two Webkinz cats after my cats Mark and Varla passed away, so this is a subject that is close to me.

If you would like to be interviewed for this story, please feel free to DM me. You can use any name you want and remain anonymous. It would be great if you could send screenshots of the pets you adopted in honor of your real pets who passed and screenshots of any special rooms you made for them if you have them.

If you have any questions about this project, please feel free to ask.

Here is my room for Mark and Varla:
