Is this dress semi-formal/formal

I have a wedding coming up and the dress code is “semi-formal or formal”. I have this dress (in watermelon) that I love, it comes to the floor on me, and I’d wear it with nude pumps, an updo, and some fancy jewelry. Do you think that makes it within the dress code?

Wedding is in two weeks.
