Question for the women, from a woman
On your weight loss journeys, have you seen any change in your breast size? For clarity I am a 30F and am restarting my weight loss journey. But from my past, I have never seen much of a change in my chest size, which would be desired. Every time I have worked on chest it just seems to make them more intrusive if that makes sense.
Would you have any suggestions or tips when working out? I know this isn’t everyone’s problem, but its been a real issue for me and a demotivater. I would really like to see a difference in my chest, preferably shrinking.
