Need advice

I am 25 f and my height is 5’8”, I’m a 190lbs and I am trying to get down to 150 or below. I eat once a day most days or have one or two snacks at work and the one meal once I get home. I only drink lattes and water, very rarely have sodas or teas. My job has a lot of physical work but for some reason I am staying at 190lbs.
