Task Results

I'm rephrasing a post I deleted the other day, not including the screenshot. I wasn't able to see if anyone replied or answered, so please comment again if you want :) Thanks.

So, I'm still fairly new in the SQR role. My most recent task results seemed kind of worrisome, but I'm also confused. The results plainly state "1/6 correct" which sounds TERRIBLE. Then, upon looking at each task percentage, I actually didn't do that bad.

One was 100%, 3 were between 81% & 94%, last 2 were around 60%.

Do they really expect us to be scoring 100% in all tasks? How are they viewing these results? 1/6 sounds so bad lol.
