Is it bad to go over AET?

Hello all,

This may be a stupid question but I just want to get it clarified. I just started as a SQR and I've been looking around the reddit and been seeing that submitting tasks under the AET is discouraged, but is submitting tasks over the AET bad as well? Since I'm new, I'm pretty slow and thorough while I rate tasks (and I usually comment a lot for each task). For example, sometimes I take 15 minutes for a 7-8 minute task. Should I try and be faster or going over the AET ok?
