Started the shave with cold water rinse and applying castor oil as pre shave.

Scoped a little soap on to the bowl and started swirling Pearl brush that i dipped in warm water for about 5 minutes.

The lather i got was less i couldn't get a tick lather but a good silky lather & was good enough for 3 passes, next time i probably will be scoping out a bit more soap or would tub lather. This soap had a mild oud sandalwood fragrance (maybe i couldn't smell more due to stuffy nose)

The shave was just excellent, just smooth enough, suprisingly neck wasn't a trouble area, but chin and mustache were, had a few cuts but overall was a great shave.

Finished the shave with alum & Old apice AS as i got multiple cuts and then later applied a menthol based gel.
