How to unlock other 2 missions

Hello been playing this game since 2022, so i play a lil then stop, in 3 years i only done this much, but cant remember how missions work, or how to find the locked ones, do i have to do that crown mission to unlock other 2, or am i just missing them, and was able to skip to last mission on that certain guy, thanks
