Found bird nest

Hey guys, we have a big storage area outside my work. I was moving stuff around with the forklift yesterday and noticed a small bird flying under some tarpaulin as I was about to move a pallet. Birds don’t usually go in here so I got out to have a look and found a nest with some babies. I took a video to show my boss to tell him I can’t move the pallet, but when I double checked the video, it looks like there is a dead, or possibly dying chick in there. I am no bird expert so I have no idea what I can do in this situation. Can I remove the dead/dying chick before it starts to rot in the next, or would this effect the rest of the chicks?
