Good assisted living places?

Im moving my dad here to NC soon to be closer with him but he is in need of a good assisted living facility. I’m so nervous considering the one he’s in hasn’t really been taking care of him I.e. not giving him meds, not providing a diet that he’s able to eat (chewing problem).

Does anyone have any good recommendations? Also willing to expand to Leland area if one is good over there.
