Deleted Recovery drive by mistake and this happened

Help,paid a guy money to fix this,he told me that by formatting it worked and he made seperate drive like a c and a d drive but my monkey brain tried to mix both of them again and eventually mixed both of them by deleting recovery drive,and now this thing returned again help😿
