Hey! i was thinking about installing a clean fresh new install of Windows due to alot of things

First of all my computer has been running quite slow often
And also ive been running low on storage
and quite a number of programs have just stopped working for me
How should i approach doing this
Obviously ill put important files i want to keep onto my new windows install onto my google drive
and ill make sure to write down passwords or something but
is there a way i can reinstall windows without having to get a usb cuz i rlly dont want to have to if i dont have to.
