Trying to make a Fantribe called the cloud wings! Need some help with suggestions! (Photo is a WIP design!)

I need physical and power like suggestions! I was thinking for some they could kinda cloud and water control kinda like how the leafwings can sometimes controll plants

Any suggestions for designs would be nice! Also help with color pallet cus I wanna differentiate between them and icewings a little more lol

I was also thinking maybe they wouldn't have wings and would kind of be like Chinese dragons, but idk
