noise complaint?

hi, everybody.

i am up to my absolute wits end with my idiots upstairs neighbours. it's like... they don't think people live under them or something.

i get it, okay.. i get, it they have the right to make noise in their home & blah blah blah. but me & my baby have the right to not to be kept up all hours of the night because they're stomping around like trolls or doing some crazy WWE shit up there.. last night they woke us up 3 times (at 1:30am, 3:47am, & again a 4:12am) & during the day, the banging is CONSTANT. i'm so fucking fed up

i've banged on my ceiling & told them to stop, i've asked them nicely to at least keep the noise down during the night, i've even asked my caretaker of the building to talk to them (he says he has as they've gotten complaints before).

i'm so done.. i'm just wondering what my next move should be? like... do i just keep pounding on the ceiling (or putting a speaker up to the ceiling & BLASTING metal music.. you're damn right i'm petty. i'm TIRED i have a NEW BABY.. BABY NEEDS SLEEP. so i will be fucking petty, i don't give a shit). do i even bother calling the agency that owns the building? obviously there is only so much my building caretaker is willing (or wanting) to do.

i'm so over this, i'm so tired. this isn't fair.. & don't even come for me saying "jUsT mOvE" HOW ABOUT NO. HOW ABOUT PEOPLE JUST BE CONSIDERATE TO OTHERS. ISN'T THAT A WILD CONCEPT?!!??????
