Recent onslaught of “Increased Attack Rate” email alerts from Wordfence — should I be concerned/take action?

I’ve been using Wordfence for years and would occasionally receive the “increased attack rate” alert emails. But over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been receiving them in waves, way more than I ever have before. Should I be alarmed/take action?
